The ingredients you will need for the Crust are:

  • 3 tablespoons of Sugar
  • 5 ounces of cracker crumbs
  • 5 tablespoons of melted Butter

    The ingredients you will require for the cheesecake Filling are:

  • 1/2 cups of Sugar
  • Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons of Vanilla
  • 16 ounces of softened Cream cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of Chambord liqueur

    The ingredients you will need for the Topping are:

  • 1 tablespoon of Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of Chambord liqueur
  • 1/2 teaspoons of Vanilla
  • 8 ounces of Sour cream
  • 1 cup of fresh Raspberries

    To begin you must preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. To make the Crust first mix sugar, cracker crumbs, and butter. Once it's nicely mixed up press the mixture into bottom of 9" deep spring form pan.
    To make the Filling you must mix sugar, cream cheese, vanilla, and salt with electric mixer at medium speed . Once it has mixed add eggs, and blend well. Gently fold Chambord into the batter using a fork and pour the mixture onto the crust.

    You must bake this for approximately 40 minutes until it becomes golden brown. Then you have to loosen the cake from the rim of your pan. Once it is ready let it cool and remove rim of pan.
    To make your cheesecake topping mix sugar, sour cream, vanilla, and Chambord and spread the mixture evenly over cheesecake. Let this refrigerate overnight or for 4 hours. For the finishing touch top it up with fresh raspberries just before you serve your Valentine cheesecake.
